Say what you will about her yo- yo weight, riding on her father’s success, blah blah I’m just grateful for having some one who is curvy, unconventional and makes not being a size 0 look so beautiful. Seriously, she is pretty and hopefully because of her age she’s inspiring a lot of teenagers out there to accept their bodies more.
As for the show Huge, I like it because it’s refreshing to see regular looking or plus size people on tv. But I’m SO CONFUSED about the aim of the show- fat people are just like everyone else? being a (fat) teenager can be really difficult? are people supposed to sympathise? are they saying it’s ok to be fat? and what’s up with the thinnest girls being the popular ones?
See, I told you I’m confused.
The shows opinions on fat issues comes across really vague to me so I basically watch it to see if the next episode will help me draw a conclusion. Nada so far, in fact I think I get more confused with each episode. Please feel free to enlighten me if you’ve seen the show.
Ok, back to Hayley Hasselhoff :)
We have a common love for showing our legs (work what you got! ) and I like that she’s not afraid of showing her tummy. It’s just a tummy after all, a body part. No big deal.
